I go on an intense self-discovery journey through Panamanian band Señor Loop's music by exploring its effects on my brain. I work closely with Costa Rican neurosurgeon Dr. Gerardo Lang, U.S. music therapist and pianist Renate Rohlfing, and Costa Rican neurologist Dr. Freddy Henríquez to find an answer to why Señor Loop's music relaxes me.
